NOTICE OF CONSTABLE’S SALE
BY VIRTUE OF AN ORDER OF SALE issued out of the Honorable
366TH DISTRICT COURT of Collin County Texas, on the 27th day of
June, A.D. 2005, in the case of FARMERSVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL
DISTRICT/COLLIN COUNTY/COLLIN COUNTY CCD VS. FORREST R. DUKE, et
al in Cause No. 366-2849-04 and directed and delivered to me as
Constable of Collin County Texas, I have levied upon this 6th
day of July A.D. 2005, and will, as near as possible to 11:00
o’clock A.M. on the first Tuesday in AUGUST A.D. 2005, it being
the 2nd day of said month, at the eastside Courthouse door of
Collin County, Texas, proceed to sell at public auction to the
highest bidder, for cash in hand, all the right, title, and
interest which the said FORREST R. DUKE, et al, had on the 6th
day of July A.D. 2005, or at any time thereafter, of, in and to,
the following described real property, to-wit:
TRACT I: BEING LOT 137 OF LAVON BEACH ESTATES,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN VOL. 4, PAGE
1, OF THE COLLIN COUNTY DEED RECORDS.
Said property is levied upon as the property of FORREST R. DUKE,
et al and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the
said Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 31st day of May, A.D.
2005, in favor of FARMERSVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL
DISTRICT/COLLIN COUNTY/COLLIN COUNTY CCD and against the said
FORREST R. DUKE, et al for the sum of $965.85 Dollars principal,
and the further sum of $1,652.00 Dollars costs, and further cost
of executing this writ.
