							              NOTICE OF CONSTABLE’S SALE
                      REAL ESTATE

     BY VIRTUE OF AN ORDER OF SALE issued out of the Honorable
366th DISTRICT COURT of Collin County Texas, on the 14th day of
February, A.D. 2007, in the case of STONEBRIDGE LIVE OAK VILLAGE
HOMEOWNERS ASSOC INC Vs. VALERIE NELSON in Cause No. 366-664-06
and directed and delivered to me as Constable of Collin County
Texas, I have levied upon this 22nd day of February A.D. 2007,
and will, as near as possible to 10:45 o’clock A.M. on the first
Tuesday in APRIL A.D. 2007, it being the 3rd day of said month,
at the eastside Courthouse door of Collin County, Texas, proceed
to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in
hand, all the right, title, and interest which the said VALERIE
NELSON had on the 22nd day of February A.D. 2007, or at any time
thereafter,   of,   in   and   to,   the   following   described   real
property, to-wit:

      LOT 15, BLOCK D OF LIVE OAK VILLAGE, PHASE I, AN
      ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MCKINNEY, COLLIN COUNTY,
      TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN
      CABINET L, SLIDE 214, PLAT RECORDS, COLLIN COUNTY,
      TEXAS (2808 SCOTT PLACE)

Said property is levied upon as the property of VALERIE NELSON
and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said
Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 22nd day of August, A.D.
2006 in favor of STONEBRIDGE LIVE OAK VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOC
INC and against the said VALERIE NELSON for the sum of $2,786.00
Dollars principal, and the further sum of $919.94 Dollars costs,
and further cost of executing this writ.
     WITNESS MY HAND THIS 22nd day of February A.D. 2007.
