									                  NOTICE OF CONSTABLE’S SALE
                          REAL ESTATE

       BY VIRTUE OF AN ORDER OF SALE issued out of the Honorable
366th DISTRICT COURT of Collin County Texas, on the 12th day of
February, A.D. 2007, in the case of FARMERSVILLE INDEPENDENT
SCHOOL DISTRICT/CITY OF FARMERSVILLE/COLLIN COUNTY/COLLIN COUNTY
CCD VS. ROY D. HILL, ET AL in Cause No. 366-842-06 and directed
and delivered to me as Constable of Collin County Texas, I have
levied upon this 22nd day of February A.D. 2007, and will, as
near as possible to 10:15 o’clock A.M. on the first Tuesday in
APRIL A.D. 2007, it being the 3rd day of said month, at the
eastside Courthouse door of Collin County, Texas, proceed to
sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand,
all the right, title, and interest which the said ROY D. HILL,
ET AL had on the 22nd day of February A.D. 2007, or at any time
thereafter,       of,   in    and      to,   the   following    described   real
property, to-wit:
             TRACT I: 308 NEATHERY STREET, BEING LOT 4E, BLOCK
             2, OF NEATHERY-MARBLE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
             FARMERSVILLE, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN
             VOL. 1126, PAGE 692, OF THE COLLIN COUNTY DEED
             RECORDS. TAX NO. R1062002004E1

Said property is levied upon as the property of ROY D. HILL, ET
AL and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said
Court of Collin County, Texas, on the 19th day of December, A.D.
2006 in favor of FARMERSVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT/CITY
OF FARMERSVILLE/COLLIN COUNTY/COLLIN COUNTY CCD and against the
said   ROY   D.    HILL,     ET   AL   for   the   sum   of   $4,403.42   Dollars
principal, and the further sum of $2,153.85 Dollars costs, and
further cost of executing this writ.
       WITNESS MY HAND THIS 22nd day of February A.D. 2007.
