NOTICE OF CONSTABLE SALE
(Sale to be held as near to 11:00am as possible)
By virtue of an ORDER OF SALE issued out of the Honorable 199th
JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, COLLIN County Texas, on the 16th DAY OF FEBRUARY,
AD 2006, in the case of PLANO ISD/CITY OF PLANO/COLLIN COUNTY/COLLIN COUNTY
CCD VS. GARY A. STEVENS & LUCY M. STEVENS, cause no. 199-1609-05, and
directed and delivered to me as Constable of Collin County Texas, I have
levied this 20TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, AD 2006, and will, between the hours of
10:00AM and 4:00PM, on the first Tuesday in APRIL, AD 2006, it being the 4TH
day of said month, at the east courthouse door of Collin County Texas,
proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand,
all the right, title, and interest which the said GARY A. STEVENS & LUCY M.
STEVENS had of, in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
TRACT 1: 5509 ROLAND DRIVE, BEING LOT 4R, BLOCK B OF WHITE ROCK CREEK
ESTATES #2, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PLANO, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AS
RECORDED IN VOL. 3930, PAGE 573 OF THE COLLIN COUNTY DEED RECORDS.
Said property is levied upon as the property of GARY A. STEVENS & LUCY M.
STEVENS and will be sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said Court of
COLLIN County, Texas, on the 6TH DAY OF JANUARY, AD 2006, in favor of PLANO
ISD/CITY OF PLANO/COLLIN COUNTY/COLLIN CCD, and against the said GARY A.
STEVENS & LUCY M. STEVENS for the sum of $69,015.36 Dollars principal,
interest, and the further sum of $589.00.OO Dollars costs, and further cost
of executing this writ.
NOTICE: THIS PROPERTY MAY HAVE OTHER LIENS OR TAXES DUE, OR ENCUMBRANCES,
WHICH BECOME THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER.
