                                     REAL PROPERTY

By virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the 296th District Court of Collin County County, Texas, on the
15th day of December, 2006 in the case of

Allen Estates Homeowners Association, Inc

Vs.

Robert D Hansen, cause number 296-1674-06, and directed and delivered to me as Constable of Precinct 3,
Collin County, Texas, I have levied upon this 27th day of December, 2006 and will, between the hours of
10:00am and 4:00pm, on the first Tuesday of February, 2006, it being the 06th day of said month, at the
courthouse door of Collin County, Texas proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder with cash in
hand, unless otherwise exempted, all the right, title and interest which the said Robert D Hansen, had of,
in and to the following described real property, to-wit:

      In Lot 12, Block F of Allen North Addition Phase Four, City of Allen, Collin County, Texas . Plat
recorded in Volume L, Page 351 Map Records, Collin County, Texas. Commonly known as 1110 Larkspur
Drive, Allen, Texas. Clerk’s File No. 94-0094954 Deed Records Collin County.

Said property is levied upon as the property of Robert D Hansen and will be sold to satisfy a judgment
rendered in the said Court of Collin County, Texas on the 23rd day of October, 2006 in favor of Allen
Estates HOA and against the said Robert D Hansen for the sum of $1,324.20 plus $2,000.00 Attorney’s
fees with interest thereon from the 23rd day of October, 2006 at the rate of 6% per annum, $394.00 court
costs and further costs of executing this Writ.

NOTICE: This property may have other liens or taxes due, or encumbrances, which become the
responsibility of the successful bidder.
