NOTICE OF CONSTABLE SALE
(Sale at or as near to 10:15 am as possible)
By virtue of an Order of Sale issued by the 366th District Court of Collin County, Texas, on the
16th day of October, 2006 in the case of
PLANTATION ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
ROBERT MOORE & LISA MOORE, cause number 366-2398-06, and directed and delivered to
me as Constable of Precinct 4, Collin County, Texas, I have levied upon this 28th day of March,
2007 and will between the hours of 10:00am and 4:00pm, on the first Tuesday of May, 2007, it
being the 1st day of said month, at the East courthouse door of Collin County, Texas proceed to
sale at public auction to the highest bidder with cash in hand, unless otherwise exempted, all the
rights, title and interest which the said ROBERT MOORE & LISA MOORE, had of, in and to the
following described real property, to wit:
LOT 19 BLOCK H PLANTATION ESTATES, PHASE THREE, AN ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF FRISCO, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
RECORDED IN CABNET E, SLIDE 246, MAP RECORDS, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS
TOGETHER WITH CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION RECORDED IN VOLUME 4213,
PAGE 772, AND VOLUME 4213, PAGE 780, LAND RECORDS COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS
COMMONLY KNOWN AS 6602 BIRKDALE LANE, FRISCO, TEXAS 75035.
Said property is levied upon as the property of ROBERT MOORE & LISA MOORE and will be
sold to satisfy a judgment rendered in the said court of Collin County, Texas in favor of
PLANTATION ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC. and against the said
ROBERT MOORE & LISA MOORE for the sum of $5,486.84 judgment, with interest thereon
from October 16th 2006 at the rate of 6 % per annum, and court cost of $410.00 and further cost
of executing this Writ.
NOTICE: This property may have other liens or taxes due, or encumbrances, which become the
responsibility of the successful bidder.
