NOTE - For the benefits full-time staff 27%, take the full-time staff total of 25,740 and multiply by the 27%. Put the amount in the total cost column only. Helpful chart: For each of the different employees and programs, complete the following to come up with the total hours. I did the instructors for the swim program Days hours weeks how many employees Pools Sessions Total hours at each pool 3 2 3 5 3 5 1350 This gives you 1350 for the instructors in the swim program. Now we have to add the prep hours. (3 hours a week x 15 instructors x 3 wks x 5 sessions) = 675 total prep hours. Total hours for instructors = 1350 + 675 = 2,025.(this number goes in your chart B) Now try the lifeguards – I did them for you.
