A result of incorporation of HannStar Board (HSB) net consolidated sales revenue with certain ratio of
days to month effective since June 13 to comply with No.7 accounting principle rule, WTC’s global net
sales reached NT$2.704 billion in June and increased by 56.67% comparing to May’s level,. WTC’s
global net sales with HSB increase 69.41% while cumulative figures went up by 23.91%. Motherboard
and PC industry has slightly decreased in June due to the mid-year inventory audit of most major
customers. WTC’s global net sales excluded HSB in June were 1.641 billion, decreased slightly
comparing to May, but increase 2.79% compared to June of last year while cumulative figures present
uptrend of 11.61% to the same period.

In compliance with the application of No. 7 accounting principle rule effectively since year 2005,
WTC disclosed its consolidated sales revenues including the consolidated sales revenues
of Pan Overseas Electronic Co., Ltd and Prosperity Dielectrics Co., Ltd (PDC) starting
from January, 2005 and November, 2005 respectively. The accumulated consolidated sales
revenues have adjusted synchronously as well. WTC has formally merged Pan Overseas
Electronic Co., Ltd on Sept. 01, 2005. Also, WTC’s consolidated sales revenues include
the consolidated sales revenues of Kamaya Electric Co., Ltd (Kamaya) since May,
2006.(and ascend to April, 2006).Furthermore WTC’s consolidated sales revenues include
the PDC’s consolidated revenues with the consolidated sales revenues of Frontier
Electronics Co., Ltd(FEC) since April, 2007. Also, WTC’s consolidated sales revenues
include the consolidated sales revenues of HannStar Board Co., since June 13 , 2008.
