An LA Expo representative will be present for exhibitors during set-up and dismantling. An LA Expo manual will be provided to exhibitors. Drayage service is provided by LA Expo at prevailing rates. LA Expo maintains warehouses for receiving exhibitors’ shipments. Freight will be received and stored for up to 30 days prior to installation, delivered to show site, and reloaded for outbound shipping (as needed). Empty crates will be stored during the show and returned at the end of the show. LA Expo will also handle freight which must be shipped directly to the show site. LA Expo will send exhibition order forms and materials directly to each exhibitor.
