Standard Chartered Launches “Personal Loan Instant Pre-approval Service”
Only 10 minutes to get your Loan Pre-approved
Taiwan ,16 July 2007 – Standard Chartered Bank (Taiwan) Limited announced today the launch of its brand new service for Personal Loan customers, the “Instant Pre-approval Service”. Simply by filling in five fields, customers will be informed the result within 10 minutes.
John Peng, Executive Vice President of Credit Card & Personal Loan said “The service will dramatically shorten customer’s waiting time and brings the service standard of Personal Loan to another level“ To apply for the “Instant Pre-approval Service”, customers only need to fill in an application form with five fields i.e. name, mobile phone number, ID number, annual income and personal signature. Submit the form during office hour (08:30 to 17:30) with an ID copy to the Bank’s sales representative and within 10 minutes, both customer and sales representative will receive SMS informing them the result. To encourage customers to experience this speedy service and provide feedback, from 16 July to 23 July, 2007, Standard Chartered Bank will compensate customers with an ‘High Speed Rail’ ticket from Taipei to Kaohsiung should the application received from sales representative to customer receiving SMS exceeds 10 minutes.
