Responsibilities include:
       P&L Responsibility exceeding $200-million, including management of revenue targets, marketing
        spend, loss ratios, persistency, GAAP income, and ROI
       Lead development and execution of short-term and long-term business growth strategies – driving
        double digit year over year growth.
       Strategic management of marketing partners and/or sponsored relationships (with a heavy emphasis
        on bank partnerships/clients)
       Lead launch of multiple new products across multiple bank partners
       Strong client/account management experience and leadership abilities
       Lead/mentor/coach/manage a team of 5-7 direct reports with indirect leadership of 20+ FTE
       Oversee management of numerous external/outsourced business partner & vendor relationships
        (Indirect leadership of hundreds of outsourced FTE)
       Lead internal and external communications regarding business growth strategy – includes regular
        creation of pitches/presentations & financial summaries
       New partner/account solicitation (including management of a business development team)

Position Requirements:
       Minimum 15-years business leadership experience
       Minimum 10-years P&L management experience
       Minimum 5-years experience in a VP, General Manager, or equivalent role
       Minimum 5-Years experience in either Financial Services, Banking or Insurance
       Minimum 5-Years experience leading large-scale B2C customer acquisition activities
       Demonstrated track record of leading Budgets/P&L’s exceeding $100 million
       Extensive leadership experience within a Fortune 100 Firm or large direct marketing business
       Strong Marketing Leadership Experience, including significant client/account management
       Demonstrated ability to manage numbers and consistently meet targets, while maximizing ROI
       Successful track record of leading exponential business growth in dynamic/changing marketing
        environments
       Keen ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
       The entrepreneurial spirit/drive to execute quickly with the simultaneous ability to navigate
        political barriers
       Demonstrated ability to build, motivate and inspire a team
       Creative, confident, and bold; Able to imagine new possibilities and forge a vision
       B2C Direct Marketing or Membership Marketing Experience
       Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred

Additional Information:
        Start Date: March 2010
        Reports To: SVP
        Open to Local Candidates only (NYC Metro area) - no relocation
        This is a consulting-to-hire position starting as a 6-12 month contract-role with a strong opportunity
         for full-time hire by the Fortune 500 firm during the consulting period.
