More Info
The use of memory sticks or similar devices such as floppy disks
to record agency information about a service user, or any other
confidential matter is forbidden by both university and agency
requirements. If information is copied to these, and for example
used on your own laptop at home or elsewhere, it is not possible to
fully guarantee confidentiality. It will also mean that you will fail
your practice learning opportunity. Students who use memory
sticks etc to overcome a disability they may have are advised to
seek guidance from student services. There are NO exceptions to
this policy.
