     Vegetable Primavera – sautéed vegetables in a light cream sauce tossed with pasta.
     Atlantic salmon ~ walnut encrusted, basil butter, lemon vinaigrette, red bliss circles.
    Broiled fillet of Tilapia ~ served with a lemoned white wine-butter sauce, Jasmine rice.
   Grilled beef shoulder tenderloin ~ served with wild mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes.
 Veal Marsala ~ sautéed with wild mushrooms, Marsala wine and cream, wild rice and grains.
Chicken Francaise ~ egg battered chicken breast medallions, lemoned white wine butter sauce,
                                            jasmine rice.
Chicken Christina ~ breast of chicken, stuffed with an herbal cheese, wrapped in puff pastry and
                              baked, oven roasted red bliss potatoes.
  Baked Stuffed Tilapia ~ stuffed with our crab imperial & topped with a champagne sauce.

 Roasted garlic shrimp ~ tossed with fresh broccoli, olive oil and garlic served over angel hair
