TESSENDERLO GROUP PROVIDES
HISTORICAL FINANCIAL DATA UNDER
IFRS8 “OPERATING SEGMENTS”
Tessenderlo Group (NYSE Euronext: TESB) implemented IFRS8 (“Operating Segments”) as of 2009,
th
as disclosed in the 2009 results issued on February 12 , 2010. This implementation led to a change in
the presentation of the Group’s financial data versus previous disclosures (see table).
In order to support a good understanding of historical segment performance, as well as having an
accurate basis for comparisons with 2010 results, the Group is providing in annex the financial data for
all 2008 and 2009 quarters.
