Journal Reporter To Speak At Teen Center

Niles Journal reporter and photographer Tom Robb will participate in the Niles Teen Center
speakers series this spring. Robb is expected to discuss current events, community and
investigative reporting, writing, photography, and how the Internet and social networking websites
like Facebook are affecting the news on Thursday, Apr. 15 at 5 p.m.

Robb covers Niles, Glenview and Elk Grove Village for the Journal as well as beats in Rosemont
and is currently covering the 10th Congressional Dist. race. Past speakers in the series have
included Niles police discussing Internet safety and State Rep. Elaine Nekritz (D-57th) discussing
state politics. Mayor Robert Callero is scheduled to speak about local government on Thursday,
Feb. 18.
