cancellations: Reservation cancellations must be made directly to the hotel by telephone or fax no later that
72 hours prior to 6:00 pm. day of arrival. Failure to cancel within the allotted time period will result in forfeiture of
the first night’s room and tax.

early deParture: A penalty of $139.50 will be applied to the individual folios when a guest checks out prior to
the agreed check out date. This check out date is the date verified by the guest upon check in.

check-in: Guest registration is at 3:00 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

check-out: Check out is at 12:00 pm. Late check-out is subject to additional fees.

shiPPinG: The hotel will accept and secures packages for hotel guests. However, a charge of $10.00 - $25.00 per
package per day will be applied to the room account. Full details of this service are in the Trade Show Guidelines,
section 11. G.

lobby bar: The new vibrant lobby bar is enclosed with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the redesigned
pool area, with outdoor cabanas and fireplace have been added.

Pools: Outside heated pool and sun deck. Outdoor heated lap pool and Jacuzzi located on the 2nd floor.

health club: The newly created fitness center is located poolside and offers weight machines and
