									                                                  Background and Objective

                                                  Since its establishment in 1920, the role of Jamia Millia Islamia in
                                                  experimentation and bringing innovations in education has been unique.

                                                  and being responsive to the societal needs as necessary to contribute to
                                                  the national development. The first experiment in this direction

                                                  Islamia established the Mass Communication research Center. The Center

                                                  audio-visual programs under the countrywide classroom project.

                                                  During the past one decade, the globalization of education has given rise
                                                  to new challenges particularly for the developing countries like India.
                                                  While on the one hand they are unable to check the mass exodus of its
                                                  highly educated young generation to developed countries causing brain
