LAS VEGAS & NEW YORK--(EON: Enhanced Online News)--The Digital Signage Expo has announced that
Zoom Media & Marketing, a leading provider of targeted and digital out-of-home media programs for brand
advertisers, and LocaModa Inc., a company at the forefront of extending social media beyond the web, have
together won a Gold Apex Award and a Content Award for two different advertising campaigns.Zoom and
LocaModa are the only digital signage media companies that received both honors.

Posterscope, as well as our clients at TBS and their agency Turner Media Group,” said Dennis Roche, President of

The Apex Award is given annually by the DSE in honor of “innovation in the development and deployment of
technology in the global digital out-of-home industry.”Zoom and LocaModa received this recognition in the
Hospitality category for a campaign to promote TBS television network’s nightly talk show hosted by George
Lopez, “Lopez Tonight.”Tweets from Lopez’s loyal and vocal fans were dynamically featured on the digital screens
in Zoom’s network of bars and restaurants, while simultaneously being showcased on a digital billboard in Times
Square as well as on the Lopez Tonight website.

Zoom and LocaModa received the DSE Content Award for Best Experiential Content in the Interactive
category.The winning campaign was on behalf of VH1’s innovative program, “The Great Debate,” and featured a
groundbreaking interactive initiative that enabled audience participation via Zoom’s network of digital out-of-home
media locations, the TV broadcast,, Facebook, and Viacom’s massive HD screen in Times
Square.LocaModa’s social/mobile platform was used to bridge all media channels into a cohesive campaign that
published and displayed user-generated content in real-time, while also providing the client with granular metrics
detailing interactions from all input modes.

“These winning campaigns helped TBS and VH1 leverage the passion of their fans and viewers in groundbreaking
