									                  AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC RELATIONS SERVICES

This AGREEMENT made and entered this 10th day of December 2004, between [ENTER
NAME OF PR COMPANY] having its principal office located at [ENTER ADDRESS]
(hereafter "Company") and [ENTER CLIENT NAME] with its principal place of business
located at [ENTER ADDRESS] (hereafter "Client").

       WHEREAS, Company is in the business of providing professional public relations
services to clients desiring such services; and

        WHEREAS, Client, which company is in the business of _______________, and having
met the Company with respect to the services offered by Company, has determined to retain
Company, as an independent contractor, to provide public relations in accordance with the terms
of this Agreement;

      NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants and
agreements herein contained, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows:

1. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND OBLIGATIONS

1.1. Company's primary objective shall be to facilitate the creation of a positive public
awareness of the Client and its business. Company agrees to use its best efforts to promote
Client's interests and will endeavor in every way to make Client's public relations program
successful.

1.2.   Company shall:

        A. Work with Client in all areas concerning the media. Company will prepare a press kit
and will write and distribute press release(s) subject to prior review and approval by Client.
Company will be responsible for initiating contacts with the press, will arrange and monitor
interviews, will respond to press inquiries and will target press and media sources in the
______________ market segments. Company shall keep Client's principals apprised as to all
press contacts;

       B. Devise and design an e-mail template for dissemination to Company's consumer
database.

       C. Prepare an e-mail blast to its targeted consumer database;

       D. Seek to promote the Client's name and reputation and
