Once you’ve earned your points, call your Chase Travel rewards representative to redeem for free travel, merchandise, and more. ON WHICH AIRLINES CAN I REDEEM MY POINTS? Fly on most major domestic and international airlines – with hundreds of airlines to choose from. Exceptions include USA3000 and JetBlue. HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO EARN A TICKET? You can get a free roundtrip ticket starting with just 25,000 points. Ticket value up to $400. Or use your miles as follows: 10,000 points Up to $100 off 20,000 points Up to $200 off or up to $100 off two tickets ARE THERE BLACKOUT DATES OR TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS? There are no blackout dates or travel restrictions on most major airlines, except for Continental Airlines. Fly when you want, where you want. You can even travel on holidays! CAN I USE MY POINTS TAWARD ANYTHING ELSE? Yes, you can use your points for a variety of other exciting travel rewards including hotel stays, car rentals, cruise packages, and more. Or you can redeem for non-travel rewards such as gift certificates to select merchants, merchandise or even cash back. You will earn 1 base point for each $1 of eligible net purchases. You will earn 2 bonus points for each $1 of net purchases made at retail establishments that classify their merchant location for Visa/MasterCard as a gas station, grocery store, or drugstore. Purchases not eligible to receive the 1 bonus point include, but are not limited to, purchases made at convenience stores, superstores, warehouse clubs, and discount stores, We do not determine whether merchants correctly identify and bill transactions as being made at a car rental agency, hotel, airline, gas station, grocery store, or drugstore. However, we do reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for the bonus points. Maximum base point accumulation on net purchases is 60,000 points Annually. (“Annually” means the year beginning with your Enrollment Date through the first statement after the anniversary of your Enrollment Date, and each twelve months thereafter.) Bonus points do not count towards the maximum base point accumulation of 60,000 points. You do not earn any for products that protect or insure the balances of your account. See Rewards Program Rules and Regulations which will be mailed after your account is established. Awards are subject to program restrictions, including 21 day advance ticketing and Saturday night stay for air travel. A service fee of up to $25.00 may be charged for the use of Reward Headquarters services for redemption of air travel. All airline travel, except for continental Airlines Certificates, has NO blackout dates. In some instances, we may not be able to open an account for you. You will first be considered for a Signature card, If you do not qualify for that product, you will automatically be considered for a Platinum card, which has different benefits and credit availability. Two Easy Steps to Transfer Balances You can transfer balances from other accounts. 1. Write the account number of your other credit or store card(s) and the exact amount of the balance(s) you wish to transfer in the Balance Transfer Option on your enclosed Certificate. 2. Contact your other credit or store card issuers to close your other accounts of you wish. Visa Signature is the only care you need. Balance transfers are contingent upon issuance of you account with us. Each transfer will reduce your available credit just like any other transaction. You will see a payment for the amount transferred on the statement from your other accounts. It may take up to three weeks to set up your new account with us and process the balance transfer(s), so you may still need to make payments to your other accounts to keep them current. Balance transfers are subject to the transaction fee shown in the enclosed “Rate, Fee and Other Cost Information.” For Visa Signature accounts you may only transfer balances up to the amount of your credit line. In the event that your request(s) exceed the amount of your credit access line or credit line, we will fulfill your requests in numeric order as listed in your response. We may decline to process any full or partial balance transfer request and will not process a balance transfer request from any other account or loan that we or any of our affiliated issued. We may not use your total credit access line or credit line when honoring balance transfers because the total balance transfers and any related fees and finance charges may take your balance over the available credit access line or credit line. THE PAYMENT PROTECTOR PLAN SUMMARY AND DISCLOSURE SUSPEND PAYMENT ON YOR CREDIT CARD: The optional Payment Protector Plan works when you, your Spouse or Domestic Partner, and Authorized User of your Account, or a Higher Wage Earner in your household cannot. Your payments may be put on hold for up to 2 years, and your credit rating on his Account may be protected in case of: Involuntary Unemployment Hospitalization Disability And, in the event of your Death, this Plan may cancel your Account balance, up to $25,000. PROTECT YOUR CREDIT RATING: During difficult times, your credit card payments will be suspended and you credit rating on this account may be protected. The cost is only 79 cents per $100 of your ending monthly statement balance and will conveniently billed to your credit card each month, unless you cancel. When you do not have an ending monthly statement balance there is no charge. PAY NO INTEREST OR LATE FEES: You are eligible for benefits after 30 days of enrollment. During your Deferral Period, no Periodic Finance Charges or Plan fees will be billed to your Account. While your payments are suspended, you may continue to use your credit card. 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE: Within 2 weeks of purchasing the Plan, you will receive an Amendment to Cardmember Agreement with complete details about the Plan. If you are not completely satisfied, you will have 30 days to cancel and receive a full refund of any Plan fees paid. Of course, you may cancel at any time by calling 1-888- 314-4371. Your enrollment will be cancelled if we close your Account for any reason or if the Plan is ever discontinued. Please note only the Primary Cardmember may purchase the Plan. To qualify for Involuntary Unemployment benefits, employment is required. You must resume making your minimum monthly payment with the Deferral Period has ended. Once purchased, you will receive an Amendment to Cardmember Agreement. There are eligibility requirements, conditions, and exclusions that could prevent you from receiving benefits under the Plan; a complete explanation can be found in Sections 2-6 of the Amendment.
