        Training

        One (1) day of initial operator instrutction to the MC4 controller is included in the base machine.
        The initial training will be performed by a Krauss-Maffei Field Service Engineer on-site the
        Customer's facility. Any other kind of training and support will be found quoted within this
        chapter.
        Important note: Additional Training and Service Support will be carried out and separately
        invoiced based on our Daily Service Rate of $980, not including travelling expenses and costs
        for accomodation.

        Payment

        33 % of the contract value as down-payment , due upon invoicing
        33 % of the contract value payable at the ex works delivery date ,due upon invoicing
        33 % of the contract value payable after commissioning, due upon invoicing




        To secure the payment of the purchase price and any other amounts owed to KMC, whether by
        law or agreement, the undersigned hereby grants a security interest to KMC in the following
        machinery and equipment: (2) KM110-390HTV injection molding machines, serial #
        61006390, 61006391. Upon payment in full, Krauss-Maffei will cancel the UCC-1 Financing
        Statement.



        All applicable state, federal, sales and use, franchise, etc. taxes are the full responsibility of
        customer. KMC may be required, in certain states to collect sales taxes. Customer agrees they
        will reimburse KMC in full for all invoiced sales taxes, etc. unless they are able to provide a valid
        sales tax exemption certificate or similar legal document proving tax exemption. Sales taxes due
        immediately after receipt of invoice.

        Warranty

         3 years warranty labor and parts and 5 years warranty on controls components, electronics, pc boards, etc.

        Krauss-Maffei warrants the equipment to be in accordance with the contractual agreement in terms of its design, quality
        of materials, workmanship and specifications.
        Should a part or component be deemed defective, and/or noncompliant with KM specifications, Krauss-Maffei has the
        right and obligation to repair, or replace (at the choice of the seller) the defective part. This warranty shall not cover
        component or machine failure due to misuse, misoperation or mistreatment of the machine. Wear and tear parts
        (e.g.screw, screw-tip, check valve, barrel and barrel head) are not covered under the standard warranty.


        Utility Connection


        Proper machine performance is dependent upon the complete satisfaction of these installation prerequisites. Failure to
        satisfy these requirements may result in a voiding of the warranty.
        Items to be Supplied by Buyer.

        The following installation requirements are the responsibility of the buyer, and must be completely and properly satisfied
        prior to commencement of final installation, and commissioning by a KM representative:
             - Electrical power with main fuse rated in accordance with KM specifications.
             - Cooling Water to the heat exchanger if not otherwise stated, max. 21 °C (70 °F),
                and 4-6 bar (58-87 PSI), (volume in accordance with KM specification).
                Water quality must be filtered and clean, free from dirt and contamination
               (PH-value 7.5-8.5, total hardness 4-18 °d; Carbonate hardness 2-12 °d,
               conductivity max. 1000 S/c)
             - Compressed air 6-8 bar (87-116 PSI),
                volume in accordance with KM specification and/ or customer requirements,
        Proper machine performance is dependent upon the complete satisfaction of these installation prerequisites. Failure to

        Items to be Supplied by Buyer.
        The following items are not considered the responsibility of the seller:
              - Oil and lubrication in accordance with KM specifications
                (including proper filling of the oil to the machine)
              - Raw material for testing, optimizing, and operation
              - Wiring of electrical power to the main switch of the machine

        Machine Safety

        Krauss-Maffei Injection Molding Machines are manufactured to the highest safety standard. Such safety features are
        detailed in the operation manual supplied with the machine. Adherence to these instructions prior to, and during
        installation/operation of the machine, must be strictly enforced.

        Amendments to the Contract


        Modifications and/or amendments must be agreed upon, in writing, by an officer of Krauss-Maffei Corporation.
