1) Registration fee – Amounts to euro_______________________ (EURO_____________________) and it is
paid immediately cash (or with a bank transfer).
2) Administrative fee – Amounts to 150,00 euro and it has to be paid at the Italian post office us-
ing a “bollettino postale”: a special bill form provided by the Laba secretary’s office (only for
the 3 year academic courses and masters courses)
3) Tuition fee – Amounts to euro___________________________ (EURO_____________________) and it will
be:
entirely paid within October of the present year with 5% discount
application for funding (interest free): the application will be filled in at the Laba sec-
retary’s office (this option is valid only for Italian students)
4) Services to be supplied – The cost of the course includes: the performance of the lessons hours scheduled by Libera
Accademia di Belle Arti srl for the chosen academic course;
5) Services and duties do not included – The cost of the course does not include: the performance of extracurricular
lessons; photocopies and reproductions of any form; the supplying, or renting for the whole academic year, of text-
books, dictionaries, manuals and school materials as exercise books, bloc-notes, tools and stationery in general,
stamp duties and taxations even if introduced or modified during the academic year.
6) Attendance interruption – All payments have to entirely paid even if the student breaks the attendance during the
academic year, save for causes from force majeure.
7) Loss of the payment by instalments benefit - The student who retires, or is implicitly considered retired, or is
expulsed from Libera Accademia di Belle Arti srl, looses the payment by instalments benefit as agreed in item 3; the
non-payment of any instalment will cause, according to the law, the expiration and the right of immediate collection
for the Institute of all the instalments not yet expired.
8) Right of withdrawal – The student can exert his right of withdrawal on condition that he expresses that will within
ten days from the signature of this contract through registered letter with return receipt sent to Libera Accademia di
Belle Arti srl at the address written in the heading of this contract. In this case Libera Accademia di Belle Arti srl
will return the amounts received, within 30 days from receiving the withdrawal communication. In any other case Libera
Accademia di Belle Arti srl will not return the amounts received and will apply the provisions of the previous items.
9) Training/Stage – The chosen academic course includes the performance of training/stage hours that will be performed
for the sake of didactics and without remuneration, according to the needs and conditions expressed by the companies
in charge of this assignment. The companies will be indicated by Libera Accademia di Belle Arti srl during the per-
formance of the chosen academic course.

10) Sundry liabilities – The Management and staff of Libera Accademia di Belle Arti srl do not assume responsibili-
ties, save for what is written in the art. 2047 and 2048 for minor students, for damages caused by the students be-
fore, during and after the school timetable as well as for losses and steals of students’ personal belongings.
11) Enrolment’s irrevocability – This agreement is tacitly renewed for the next school year unless a notice frequency
sent by registered mail is received by L.A.B.A. srl within March the 30th of the current year with detailed informa-
tion about the amount’s adjustment related to the next school year.
12) Place of jurisdiction – The law court of residence or domicile of the student is the exclusive place of jurisdic-
tion for any dispute arising from this contract.
