The company contracts with an answering service to answer __________________'s telephones after
normal business hours, during weekends and holidays when the office is closed or at times when
office telephones might not be functioning in order to provide clients with service 24 hours per day,
seven (7) days per week.
Qualified personnel shall be assigned to respond to after-hour calls.
The answering service is provided with the on-call schedule every month.
The schedule includes:
Names of personnel on-call
Telephone and pager numbers of personnel on-call
Names of personnel for back-up (clinical and administrative)
At the end of each business day the receptionist will contact the answering service:
