To describe the approved uses for company vehicles. POLICY: Employees will adhere to all current and future company safe driving policies and procedures. Employees who drive or ride as passengers in company vehicles are required to use available passenger/driver restraints (seat belts) at all times when the vehicle is in motion. Employees who do not have a current valid driver’s license (with appropriate classification) are not permitted to drive company vehicles. Employees are responsible for all moving violations and fines. __________________ shall assume responsibility for inspection fines. Employees will not use any company vehicle to tow campers, trailers, boats, etc. Employees will not use any company vehicle for foreign travel (i.e., Canada or Mexico) unless special arrangements have been made with the company’s insurance agency in advance.
