                                         To present national and european key-actors of the project in a GOPP (Goal Oriented
                                          Project Planning) Laboratory with forming of a direction cab to set out and support
                                          valorization plan

Forecast activities           Starting seminar of the partnership in order to:
                                          Organize working plan and the necessary resources for every phase of it
                                          Define the tipology of the necessary data for the research and indicate the sectors of the
                                           research most useful to supply them
                                          Attribute in a specific way of valorization roles for every country of parnership
                                          Form an experts’ commission for project assessment
                                          Constitute a Committee of project direction as fixed in quality plan
                                          Make the national and european policy-makers and key-actors aware of planning themes
                                           and results to obtain

Expected products and                    Working Plan shared by partnership with the accurate attribution of phase roles for every

Role of interested partners   The contracting partner will be responsible of phase; he will play the role of organizer of
                              partnership meeting, of its development, of work definition and of collecting of phase results. Deis for
                              EIRE, University of Barcelona for Spain, Scienter and University of Rome III for Italy will specifically
                              define the research instruments and methodologies more appropriate to satisfy project goals. Sireas,
                              IRRE of Tuscany together with Greek, Bulgarian, Italian and Romanian schools will define
                              intervention strategies more suitable for school sector in order to set project valorization. Learning
                              Community will performe the task of developing the portal outines to share within partnership. Every
                              partner will contribute towards definition of general working plan and of specific phase contribution
                              depending on one’s owned know-how. All partners will attend first day of project launch with all
                              National and European policy-makers.

Role of possible external                A group of external experts will be nominated for the assessment of project process and
subjects                                  results. This group, in addition to supply feedbacks for possibile corse changes, will
                                          contribute together with partnership to set the connection with the key actors and policy-
                                          makers of every partner

                                           A direction cab of the project will be created with the key actors and the policy-makers
                                           The television recording of starting GOPP laboratory is prearranged in collaboration with
                                            the key actors using a synthesis of it realized by a subject from television sector
                                           A subcontract is prearranged for the lease of a satellite channel by which the synthetic
                                            recording of the event is spread as product for the valorization
