Sunday, November 29

2:56 PM. LRS 14:62 Simple Burglary. A student reported his laptop was stolen from his dorm
room at Taylor Hall.

6:00 PM. LRS 14:62 Simple Burglary. A student reported her laptop was stolen from her dorm
room at Zachary Taylor Hall.


Monday, November 30

10:33 AM. Medical Emergency. A student reported her roommate was in labor. Subject was
transported to North Oaks Hospital.

12:37 PM. LRS 14:40.2 Stalking. A student reported being stalked by her ex boyfriend. Victim
wished to press charges against subject.

1:18 PM. LRS 14:67 Theft. A student reported her cell phone was stolen from her book sack at
Meade Hall.

5:45 PM. LRS 14:67 Theft. A student reported her wallet was stolen at Sims Library.

6:42 PM. LRS 32:295.1 No Seatbelt. A student was driving on SGA Drive and was stopped for
no seatbelt. A state citation was issued for the violation.

7:02 PM. LRS 32:295.1 No Seatbelt. A student was driving on SGA Drive and was stopped for
no seatbelt. A state citation was issued for the violation.

7:14 PM. LRS 32:295.1 No Seatbelt. Two students were driving on SGA Drive and were stopped
for no seatbelt. A state citation was issued for the violations.

7:21 PM. LRS 32:295.1 No Seatbelt. A student was driving on SGA Drive and was stopped for
no seatbelt. A state citation was issued for the violation.

8:40 PM. LRS 14:67 Theft. A student reported his cell phone was stolen from Greek Village.
10:39 PM. LRS 32:63 Speeding. A non student was driving on North Oak Street and was
stopped for speeding. A state citation was issued for the violation.

11:31 PM. LRS 32:63 Speeding. A non student was driving on North Oak Street and was
stopped for speeding. A state citation was issued for the violation.


Tuesday, December 1

1:20 AM. LRS 14:103 Disturbing the Peace. LRS 14:63.3 Remaining After Forbidden. A student
was found drunk at Hammond Hall. Subject was also found to be banned from residential halls.
Subject was arrested and transported to HPD. Also subject was referred to Office of Student
Conduct.

2:57 PM. Medical Emergency. A student was reported having a seizure in class. Subject refused
medical treatment.

11:33 PM. LRS 14:63.3 Remaining After Being Forbidden. A non student was found on campus
after being previously banned. Subject was issued a Misdemeanor Summons and a notice of
interim bar.


Wednesday, December 2

7:53 AM. Medical Emergency. An employee slipped and fell while entering the UPD. Subject
was transported to the Infirmary.

7:30 AM. LRS 14:67 Theft. A student reported his cell phone was stolen from PSAC.

11:18 PM. HCC 4-45 Open Container. A student was found to be in possession of an open
container at Pride Hall Lot. Subject was issued a Misdemeanor Summons and referred to Office
of Student Conduct.


Thursday, December 3

1:58 AM. LRS 32:123 Stop Sign Violation. LRS 32:415 Driving Under Suspension. A student
was driving on Western Avenue and was stopped for stop sign violation. Driver was also found
to be driving under suspension. A state citation was issued for the violations.

4:02 AM. Medical Emergency. A student reported having pains in her stomach. Subject refused
medical treatment.

11:29 AM. LRS 14:27/67 Attempted Theft. An employee reported an unknown subject
attempted to steal a projector in Biology Building.
12:17 PM. Auto Crash. An auto accident was reported at McKneely Lot. No injuries were
reported at the scene.

1:29 PM. LRS 14:100 Hit and Run. An employee reported his vehicle was damaged while
parked at Alumni Center Lot.

7:37 PM. LRS 32:415 Driving Under Suspension. A non student was driving on University
Avenue and was stopped for not having working taillights and was found to be driving under
suspension. A state citation was issued for the violation.

11:47 PM. LRS 32:863.1 No Proof of Insurance. LRS 32:301 Two Headlights Required. LRS
47:508 Expired License Plate. A non student was driving on University Avenue and was stopped
for not having two working headlights. Driver was found to have no proof of insurance and an
expired license plate. A state citation was issued for the violation.


Friday, December 4

3:17 AM. LRS 14:59 Criminal Mischief. A vehicle was observed driving down SGA Drive with
a parking sign hanging out the back of the vehicle. All three subjects were issued Misdemeanor
Summons and notice of interim bar letters.

4:21 PM. LRS 14:100 Hit and Run. A student reported her vehicle was struck while parked at
White Hall Lot.


Saturday, December 5

10:30 AM. LRS 14:56 Criminal Damage. A student reported her driver’s side rearview mirror
was damaged while parked at Southeastern Oaks.
