While at Corvent, Roger Courville conducted a research study regarding usage and attitudes of web seminar practitioners. The web seminar metrics survey was designed with two questions in mind. One, how do we as a web seminar industry begin to close the 'data gap' betweeen web seminars and other e-marketing vehicles? Two, if no benchmarks exist, what information might be useful for executives in comparing their results to the industry at large and/or making better business decisions for future web seminar activity?
