to Country Manager status as a marketer & the highest echelons of the business, that you
must travel to learn the ‘craft’ of product development, the ’art’ of consistent consumer

is also another strategic hub in New York.

The Opportunity
Key job accountabilities

     To collect and analyse international market & competitor data, proposing NPD
     Decode consumer insights and anticipate trends, generating & writing stunning
      breakthrough concepts
     Develop new international beauty products and global strategy for launch or
     Create the marketing mix & help produce integrated creative for international
     Drive cross functional liaison: communicating fluidly with all departments in
      product development process (factory, agency, design, packaging, research…)
     Present continuously to very senior management, using robust analytical
      evidence, clear arguments & determination to justify plans & secure their buy-in.
      (This is your forte!)

Person specification

     3 -6 yrs fmcg Brand Management experience with real strength in NPD from
      concept or in pure Innovation. Flexible on category, but cosmetics, hair care,
      beauty, toiletries, food, health, drinks have the correct resonance
     An individual with flair, ready to voice their opinion, challenge convention, push
      for the ultimate in each marketing initiative
     Passionate marketer, creative, great at concept development, a volcano of ideas,
      flawless execution.
     Entrepreneurial, good at prioritising and comfortable with decision-making.
      Flexible, 100% resilient, refocusing with new ideas after changes & reversals.
     Strong, energetic, communicator who prefers a process-light, oral style of
      communication to a process- heavy, documented method of influencing
