                        "Doing business with ECSS"
                                ESTEC 5-6 April 2006

                                  Questionnaire
    The answers to this questionnaire will be used by the Event’s Committee
    to establish a preliminary survey of the European Space Community on:

               awareness and application of the ECSS System
               views of its completeness, usefulness, benefits
               needs, priorities
               ECSS policy considerations

    An analysis of the questionnaires received will be presented at the “Doing
    Business with ECSS “ event and will be used in the identification of the
    issues to be debated in the splinter sessions and the subsequent Round
    Table discussion.

    The questionnaire is structured into four groups of questions:

    1st group
    Questions identifying you and your company/organisation in order to place
    your replies in the correct context.

    2nd group
    Questions related to your company awareness/ involvement/ utilisation/
    recognition of the ECSS System.

    3rd group
    Questions on the content of the ECSS, allowing you to identify limitations,
    deficiencies, defects, constraints and areas for improvement

    4th group
    Questions on the future evolution /redirection of the ECSS System.

    Please reply as objectively as possible to the questions.
    Your answers, remarks and suggestions will be very useful for the
    effectiveness of the event and therefore to shape the future policy and
    direction of the ECSS System.

    Your data will be treated as confidential individual answers will not be
    disclosed unless explicitly authorised by you.
