                 CCG Elite Expands Its Operations in China

       Key hires enhance CCG Elite’s ability to deliver world class IR
     consulting services to public companies in the Greater China region

Los Angeles, CA and Hong Kong – January 31, 2007 –CCG Elite, a leading global
investor relations and strategic communications agency, today announced the move to its
expanded Beijing office, as well as nine new hires.

A growing client base of Greater China-based public companies has prompted CCG Elite
to expand to its new office space located at 21B8-1, 21F, Hanwei Plaza, No.7, Guanghua

The new office substantially increases the size of CCG Elite’s facility, allowing the
agency to expand its investor relations practice in the Peoples Republic of China
(“PRC”). Crocker Coulson, President of CCG Elite Investor Relations, commented,
“With our growing roster of Asia-based clients, the new space and new hires will allow
us to enhance our service offerings and competitive differentiation significantly."

Li Li is a financial analyst at CCG Elite’s Beijing office. She previously served as a
Project Manager in the Financial Advisory Department and as a Senior Executive of
Zhongguancun Software Fund. She also has extensive experience in the public relations
field gained while working for Text 100 Global Technology Public Relations. Li Li is
fluent in English and Mandarin. She earned an honors degree in Management Science
from Xiamen University and recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Applied
Finance from Macquarie University in Australia.

Robert Yuan joined CCG Elite as financial analyst bringing strong background in
investor relations. He is responsible for performing industry research and drafts financial
communications materials. Prior to joining CCG Elite, he worked at the department of
investor relations of Lenovo Group. Robert obtained his B.S. from Nanjing University in
China, and earned his Ph.D. in Physics and MBA from Texas Christian University in the
United States.
Ida Yu is also a financial analyst at CCG Elite’s Beijing office. Prior to joining CCG
Elite, she served as an account manager at China Mobile Communication Corporation in
Shanghai. Previously, Ida was employed as a credit officer at Shanghai Development
Bank. She recently passed her CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Level I exam and will
proceed to Level II in the near future. Ida obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Economics
from Shanghai University and her Master of Science in Banking and International
Finance from Cass Business School, London. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Jing Zhang joined CCG Elite as a financial analyst. He serves as the key contact for
clients located in the Greater China region and is responsible for performing industry
research and drafts financial communications materials. Prior to joining CCG Elite, he
worked at Billiton Metals Co. Ltd in Hong Kong as a Derivatives Trader and he has work
experience at Star Futures Brokerage Co. Ltd in Shanghai. Jing graduated from Brown
University with his M.A. in Economics, and earned his BA in Finance, BS in
Mathematics from Wuhan University in China.

Zhou Fan is responsible for executing strategic media relations programs for CCG Elite
clients in Beijing. Prior to joining CCG Elite, she worked for CFO China, analyzing the
investment environment of secondary cities in China. She was also a financial journalist
for Caijing Magazine (the most reputable finance magazine in China) and for China
Business Review (the first finance and economy daily in China). Zhou Fan earned her
Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Communication from China Youth University and her
Master of Arts in Cross-Cultural Communication and International Relations from the
University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, UK. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Jeanne Wang joined CCG Elite as an Art Director. She is responsible for providing
CCG clients with creative and strategy services, as well as, generating creative solutions
to enhance client success. Prior to joining CCG Elite, Jeanne worked at Ogilvy & Mather
Advertising Company as an Associate Art Director in Beijing. Jeanne earned her degree
in graphic design from Art Institute of Beijing.

Rita Zhang is a graphic designer for CCG Elite. She has extensive experience working
as a graphic designer for SUNCO Co., Ltd., one of China’s largest real-estate
development firms. Previously, Rita worked for SIC Advertising Company as an internet
and graphic designer. Rita has a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Shanxi Datong
University. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Another addition to CCG Elite’s Beijing office is Sherry Ma, in the position of
Associate. She is responsible for various bookkeeping and administrative duties,
translations and client website updates. Prior to joining CCG Elite, Sherry was a Project
Manager for the CCPIT Building Materials Sub-Council (Beijing) where she was the
exhibition and conference organizer with a focus on overseas markets. Sherry graduated
from Queen’s University of Belfast, UK, with a Bachelor of Arts honors degree in
Economics and European Area Studies. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and
Cantonese.

Xiyuan Ren also an associate in CCG Elite’s Beijing office. She is responsible for
performing industry research and financial analysis to support CCG Elite's clients in the
Greater China region. Prior to joining CCG Elite, Xiyuan was a transaction advisor at
Ernst & Young. She was also a financial analyst at Multiwin Financial Group, Inc.,
where she was responsible for preparing financial forecasts, analyzing investment
projects and implementing tools for managing and analyzing financial portfolios. Xiyuan
earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from China University of Mining
and Technology and her Master of Arts in Economics from Carleton University, Canada.
