             Contract Win and Transactions in Own Shares

The Company is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement
with Bishopsgate Capital (Stockbrokers) Ltd, members of The London
Stock Exchange, to provide Model B settlement services. Bishopsgate
is an established stockbroker based in London and provides a
traditional high quality service to both individual investors and
institutions.

Between 4th December 2006 and 8th December 2006 the Company purchased
30,000 shares to hold in Treasury pending cancellation at an average
price of 99.666 pence per share.

The Company now holds a total of 70,000 shares in Treasury. The
Company will continue to purchase its own shares for Treasury when
appropriate and in accordance with the authority granted by its
Members. The issued share capital of the Company currently stands
at 11,350,000 pending any further cancellation.
