            PROJECT PURPOSE

•Gather Wages and Benefits data from 1,000 businesses
in the region as a baseline
•Demonstrate the Wage and Benefits Metric tool as a
pilot project for regional evaluation of workforce and
business development efforts
•Use the outcomes of the survey to catalyze and focus
collaborative strategies and actions for improving wages
and benefits in the region
