The bi-annual meeting of the ESP in September 2005 will
be held in Paris. The chairman of the local organizing
committee is Prof. Bedossa. We are very pleased that
Patrick Bruneval has agreed to act as our local contact.
Given the success of our participation in the ESP
congress in Ljubljana we have suggested to Prof. Bedossa
that the AECVP would organize two symposia, as well as
provide a topic and speaker for one of the scheduled
plenary lectures. The topics suggested for the symposia
are “myocardial infarction in the era of interventional
cardiology” and “surgical pathology of vascular disease”.
