launched a Product Development Management application for retailers. The application enables product designers to quickly and effectively convey their ideas in prototypes using functions like zoom, rotation, measurements, hot spots, color swatches and much more without the need for Flash or programming. The Virtual Iris PDM enables product designers to share their prototypes with key decision makers via email or the web. The PDM application is an answer to outdated methods of duplication of the prototypes and shipment to different points in an organization. The technology enables a designer without requiring any programming language to prepare highly dynamic prototype presentations at one single point and sharing them electronically via the web. The output for presentation does not require any plug-ins like Flash or Java. The creation tool is hosted on the client’s local machine or server, which gives them complete control over the creation process and data.
