some presentations & better time management, keep to time, do not
use so many acronyms, de-emphasize & make presentations shorter,
emphasize on drawing out experience & ideas more explicitly, more
time for planning for WP 2002, more time for collaborative planning,
give more time to achieve concrete results, prepare more detailed
plans, limit group work to time constraints

7. Any other comments: Too many subjects (2), great-to-be-together, timely, rewarding,
excellent decision to have external facilitation and resource person,
Workshop gave a better sense of belonging to the UNCT, Very bad
management of time, prioritize better subjects/sessions within the day
(2), good idea to extend participation to other staff, Thanks to the
organisers; great job, compress presentations, over-programmed,
agenda too ambitious as a result we were unable to achieve
satisfactory results in any area, particularly on post-conflict/peace and
2002 work plan, excellent arrangements especially the inputs from
Turin Staff College & Team builder, useful way for my induction into
the UN Sri Lankan Team, well organised and great facilitators, good
UN Team here make work easier
