                                                  SUMMARY

I have expertise in all areas of I.T. from server set-up, network device configuration, I.T. resource management
to Help Desk Support. When handling support calls, I inform and empower my clients by giving THEM the
knowledge to resolve some challenges on their own. In my previous positions, I have been able to reduce
support calls and create a positive shift in the department image. An area where I can reduce costs is in the
consolidation of server responsibilities which reduces downtime and the need for additional equipment. I bring
value to you through my experience, dedication and commitment to professional and personal excellence with
recognition for outstanding efforts by being selected as the Employee of the Quarter and Year.

I would love to be part an organization where both the company and I can grow together.
