    China       Motor Cycle: Any motor-propelled 2-or 3-wheeled vehicle
    (continued) Private Car: A passenger carrying vehicle registered as such excluding motor cycle, taxi and passenger van.
                Taxi: A passenger carrying vehicle registered as “Taxi” under the classes of vehicle specified in the Road Traffic Ordinance
                           (Cap. 374). Such vehicle can be readily distinguished from private car by the presence of an illuminated sign and
                           markings as specified in the Road Traffic (Construction and Maintenance of Vehicles) Regulations.
                Passenger Van: A dual purpose van which is distinguished form those classified under “Light Goods Vehicle‟ by the presence
                           of side windows covering the full length of the vehicle body. It has a capacity (including driver) not exceeding 17
                           seats.
                Public Light Bus: Any passenger carrying vehicle registered as “Public Light bus” under the classes of vehicle specified in
                           Cap.372. It has a carrying capacity (including driver) of 17 seats It includes RMB and GMB.
                Light Goods Vehicle: It is either a four wheeled lorry or a dual purpose van which is not provided with side windows covering
                           the full length of the vehicle body.
                Heavy Goods Vehicle: A lorry with more than four tyres. It includes fire engines,refuse vans and military trucks, petrol tankers
                           and other similar vehicles.
                Non-franchised bus: A passrnger carrying vehicle with a capacity (including driver) exceeding 17 seats, not including
                           franchised buses operated by C.M.B., City Bus, K.M.B. or New Lantau Bus Co
                Franchised Bus (S.D.): A single-decked bus operated by C.M.B., City Bus, K.M.B. or New Lantau Bus Co.
                Franchised Bus (D.D.): A double-decked bus operated by C.M.B., City Bus, K.M.B. or New Lantau Bus Co.
