2      ONIONS :- Fresh full grown, white red variety, as may be indented,

       shall be of 3" diameter (big size) and entirely free from defects,

       insects or fungus. It shall be firm and without discolouration


3      POTATOES :- Clean, firm free from serious defects and diseases

       each should not be less than 3" diameter.


4      Rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, if any

GENERAL PROVISIONS :

Items should be supplied strictly in 5kgs and 2kgs duly sealed thick polythene
Bags only.

RICE & WHEAT :

RICE : Polished best quality "Parimal" old unbroken free from foreign food
grains and weevils

WHEAT : Pissi (Seour) best quality, white free from weevils and foreign food
grains and unbroken.

CURRY STUFF & DRY FRUITS :
Curry Stuff & Dry Fruits of best quality only will be accepted.

COCONUTS :

It shall be of the first grade, absolutely dry from outside,weighing not less than
500 gms. & shall be replaced if found rotten.

SUGAR :
Note : Alternate rate for the sugar M-30 may be quoted as under.
        1. Fixed rate for the whole year 2005-2006
        2. Net rate prevailing on the date of supply declared by
           Maharashtra Sugar Federation plus Service charges if any.

In case of acceptance of the offer Tenderer will be paid as per rate whichever
is less.

REMARKS : The above item shall be delievered as & when required in Non-
returnable Gunny Bags.
