Cincinnati Social Media (#cincysm) is an event where social media experts and newbies alike come
together to eat, meet, share, and learn. Young professionals across a variety of industries and interests,
including marketing, PR pros, entrepreneurs, bloggers, podcasters, new-media fanatics, and online social
networkers are all welcome to attend.

Our goal is to give time and attention to Cincinnati’s vibrant social media scene as well as bring in social
media luminaries from our of market. The common thread through all of our discussions is how social media
is impacting business.

Since April of 2008, #cincysm has grown into a highly-attended event with nearly 1,100 members on the
#cincysm LinkedIn Group. Event attendance ranges from 50 – 100 people and the event sells out every

    Sponsorship Details
    Cost: $1,000.00 to cover the event cost and to support the forthcoming Cincinnati Social Media

Sponsor promotion includes the following tactics. #cincysm is open to discuss additional sponsorship
promotion and customize the package below.

Pre-Event: Sponsor is included in all online promotion of the event in the LinkedIn group, on the national
SMB blog, on Twitter and Facebook as well as the event registration site.

During Event: Sponsor gets to speak at the event, set up signage and hand out any materials they choose.
They also have five seats reserved for their use.

Post-Event: Sponsor gets opportunity to contact all attendees through CincySM and included in post-event
promotion, including online content tagging. All event promotion is permalinked post-event.

Event coverage for sponsors includes exposure through content created by event attendees on blogs, photo
sharing sites and video sharing sites.

pros, bloggers, podcasters, new-media fanatics, and online social networkers attend this event. Attendees
have also come from out of market to these events from Dayton, Louisville and Indianapolis (dependent on
the speaker).

Attendees work at corporations, ad agencies, IT service firms, solo consultancies and non-profit agencies,
news media outlets and start-up companies.

Rough Event Agenda
7:30 am – Coffee, continental breakfast served (15 minutes)

7:45 – Welcome/Quick Introduction (5 minutes)

Event sponsor and location/host both get to speak briefly.
