Please note: If paying directly to the College, deposit payments may be made via cash in person, credit card or bank
transfers. Please state your name and student number on all bank transfers to ensure the money paid is allocated
to your student account!
All installment payments must be made by supplying your credit card details or bank details in order for the
college to deduct the due amounts on your scheduled payment dates.
Installment payments will be paid via Direct Debit.
Installment payments will be paid via Credit Card.

Terms and conditions for Payment Plans at Language Links
Thank you for submitting your application for a payment plan for your course fees at Language Links.
This payment plan has been granted to you in good faith, so please make a note of your due dates for installments to
be made and ensure they are made on these dates. It is not Language Links’ responsibility to chase up your payments.
Should you wish to cancel your enrolment once you have commenced your course, please note that you will be
required to pay all outstanding fees in accordance with our Refund Policy. The REFUND POLICY applies to all students,
including those on payment plans. Please read our Refund Policy outlined in our ‘Enrolment Form 2009’ and ask your
agent or one of our helpful staff to explain anything you may not understand, before you sign this form.
Failure to pay any outstanding fees prior to completing your course, or at the time when your final installment is due,
will result in you breaching the institution’s rules and regulations. As a result of this, a ‘late payment’ fee of $250 will
be charged and you will not be able to receive any Certification or Attendance Reports from your course. Amounts
overdue may result in debt recovery, and the Immigration Department will be notified about the breach in your visa
conditions.
Please ensure you understand all the information above prior to submitting your payment plan application and then

the College’s Refund policy/ the Refund Policy has been explained to me, and I understand that I must pay all fees due,
as per the college’s Refund Policy should I wish to withdraw from my course early. I also understand that there will be
penalties (as explained above) should my payments become overdue and that until I have paid in full, I will not be
eligible for any Certification – Academic or Attendance records - for my studies at Language Links.
