Young Living people are having a prosperous time referring folks to the natural heath products of
Young Living. As the “baby boomers” are aging they are demanding natural approaches to health

Many referral companies require that a referral person attract 2, 3 and sometimes more people to
receive any significant checks. In most cases a referral person is also required to be on a monthly
autoship program. Young Living does not have these requirements. The referral person structure
is very simple to understand. Young Living is not a pyramid structure; it is a straight line payment
structure. For example, Mary tells Joe who tells Jan who tells Larry etc to many generations
away. The referral person can receive “thank you checks” from all reorders many generations
deep and in some cases to unlimited depth.
