               Scott recently rejoined PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada and is located in the Calgary office.

               In June 2007, Scott was asked to join the Global Financial Instruments team for two years as part of Global Accounting Consulting
               Services in London, UK. The role of the Global division in the UK is to co-ordinate IFRS around the world. As part of his role, Scott was
               secretary of the Corporate Treasury Committee, Global Financial Instruments Topic Team and Global Financial Instruments Hedging

               Prior to 2007, Scott worked in the National R&Q office in Toronto where he specialized in financial instruments in Canadian and US
               GAAP. Prior to his work in the UK, Scott helped to develop the Canadian national training on CICA 3855 and assisted a broad range of
               Canadian companies develop and implement transition plans for those new financial instruments standards.

               As part of his role in the UK Scott reviewed IFRS financial statements for companies in several transitioning territories including South
               Korea and India. Scott also authored and delivered several IFRS financial instruments related training courses intended for distribution
               and presentation at PwC offices globally .

               In addition, Scott has assisted PwC prepare several comment letters for the IASB on hedging related topics and provided input on a
               broad range of other financial instrument related projects currently being undertaken by the IASB.
