Below is a list of active farmers’ markets in the region, including the status of Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) access at those
markets. The EBT system has replaced food stamp vouchers with a debit card for people who qualify for food assistance. Increasing
numbers of farmers’ markets are establishing EBT acceptance as a means to increase access to fresh fruits andvegetables while
expanding business for their farmer-vendors.
