PREPARING YOUR OWN STARWATCH MENU
First Course: Gazpacho – the chilled soup from Andalusia Ingredients for 4 people: 750g ripe tomatoes 1/2 green pepper 1 onion 3 cloves of garlic 1/2 cucumber red wine vinegar olive oil salt pepper white bread And here's how you do it: Wash, peel and cut up the tomatoes, cucumber and garlic. Cut the pepper in small cubes. Peel and chop the onion. Put everything in the mixer and blend. Pour one to two tablespoons of red wine vinegar and about 100 to 150 ml of water over two slices of white bread. Put the bread, together with some olive oil, in the mixer and blend well. Add salt and pepper. Chill everything for three hours in the refrigerator before serving.

Second Course: Tomato and mozzarella salad - the classic dish from Italy Ingredients for 4 people: 4 ripe tomatoes 2 whole pieces of mozzarella 1 bunch of basil balsamic vinegar olive oil salt pepper And here's how you do it: Wash and slice the tomatoes, removing the stems in the process. Place the tomato slices on a plate and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Drain all the water from the mozzarella, cut it in thin slices and place it on the same plate. Take the basil leaves, wash and quickly dry them. Then cut the leaves into small pieces and spread them across the plate. Sprinkle everything with balsamic vinegar and four tablespoons of olive oil and serve.

Third Course: Fruit salad – the all-round dessert from Germany Ingredients for 4 people: 3 oranges 2 apples 3 kiwis 2 pears 2 bananas lemon juice And here's how you do it: Cut up the fruit and place it in a bowl. Add a little bit of lemon juice. Let stand for half an hour. Done! Depending on your preference and taste, you can add yogurt and chopped nuts -- or you can try using different types of fruit.
