Thank you for your participation in the HKUST Notebook Ownership Program 2009, and
please be reminded that you still have not come to pick up your cheque and / or MS
Windows 7 upgrade kit during the last 2 pick-up periods. This is a last reminder that you
can still pick up your refund cheque and / or MS Windows 7 upgrade kit according to the
following schedules and venue:


     Date               Feb 1 - 6, 2010          Feb 9-12 and Feb 17-20,
                                                 2010
     Time:              10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 10:00 to 18:00 (Mon to
                        to 17:00 (Mon to Fri)    Fri)
                        9:00 to 12:00 (Sat)      10:00 to 13:00 (Sat)
     Venue:             HKUST-ITSC Office        Helix Systems Ltd
     Location:          2/F (Lift 2) Academic Rm 501-502, 5/F Telford
                        Building, HKUST          Hse.,16 Wang Hoi Road,
                                                 Kln Bay


REMARK: All refund cheques and / or MS Windows 7 upgrade kit MUST be picked up
on or before Feb 20, 2010. No further arrangement will be scheduled after the deadline.

Please also note that all cheques are written under ” your invoice payable name” Please
call Helix service hotline: 8208 8991 during office hours if the bank account name is
different and you may not able to bank in into your bank account.
