Porphyria’s lover is very emotional and passionate – describe, explain, quotations - how does this lead to her death. How emotional is the Duke? Describe in detail again. How does this lead to the death of the Duchess. One death is clearly described, one is more ambiguous. Is either death justified? What does each man do after the woman is killed. Different reactions – describe and explain. What do these differing reactions tell us about their states of mind, their guilt..
