Sky City Cultural Center is available for events 7 days a week from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm pending any scheduled abbreviated hours of operation. Requests for evening events are subject to additional fees and must be approved by the Operations Manager of Sky City Cultural Center prior to approval. EVENT GUIDELINES:
Any Group of 20 or more requires a set menu. A signed contract and deposit will make your event official. Sky City Cultural Center will need all menu selections two weeks prior to your event. The BEO (Banquet Event Order contract) contact signature owner is responsible for all communications to their guests. This person may be contacted regularly by Sky City Cultural Center Staff regarding the special event and menu. If you have questions, please contact us at 800-747-0181.
GUIDELINES FOR FOOD SERVICE AND CATERING:
All menu items are available when booking at least 2 weeks in advance. A 50% deposit is required on booking all Catered Events. The entire balance is due on the day of the event. The final confirmation on guest counts is due 7 business days prior to the event. Room prices do not include Rentals or Gratuity. Sky City Cultural Center is available for events 7 days a week from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm pending any scheduled closures or abbreviated hours of operation. Requests for evening events are subject to additional fees and must be authorized by the Sky City Cultural Center Director or Operations Manager before the event is considered a definite booking.
CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel your food and beverage orders without charge by contacting the group tour coordinator at least 5 business days prior to the event date at 800-747-0181 ext. 7876. Orders cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to full charges. Special orders cannot be cancelled without charge.

BILLING:
Payment options are credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), cash or check. Purchase orders are upon prior approval. Catered bookings less than 48 hours in advance will be subjected to an 18% administrative fee. All catering is subject to a 17% gratuity charge. Any direct billing that is over 60 days outstanding will be subject to an 18% administrative fee and $35 late charge fee every 30 days the balance is outstanding.
PLACING ORDERS:
Sky City Cultural Center is proud to offer fine Catering Services prepared by Yaak’a Café. All of our menu selections require fresh products and extensive preparation. Advance ordering is necessary to achieve the best service, presentation, and quality for all guests. Pueblo Tour of Sky City (3/4 mile walking, approximately an hour & 15 minutes). Meeting Group rate is $10.00 per person. Ask about summer and winter hours. Haak’u Museum Admission (guided upon request and is approximately 45 minutes). Meeting Group rate is $3.00 per person. Ask about summer and winter hours. The Gift Shop carries many unique items such as books, music, jewelry, clothing and Acoma pottery. Ask about summer and winter hours. Yaak’a Café features many Acoma dishes as well as American favorites including Starbucks Coffee. Parties of 20 or more require a reservation and are subject to a 17% gratuity charge. Ask about summer and winter hours. Video taping is prohibited at all times and picture taking requires the purchase of a camera permit for $10.00. No picture cell phones or video cameras are allowed at any time on the Pueblo Tour. Some cultural days will prohibit all picture taking. Hotel accommodations at Sky City Casino Hotel can be made directly at 888-7592489. Group rates available for 10 or more rooms.
