warm.You mostly need to eat fruit and vegetables.You
need 5 serves of fruit and vegetables.
You need water so you don’t dehydrate.You need 2

swet.you should only have 1 can of soft drink and
the rest of the day water
You need a lot of exercise.You need a minimum
of 30 minutes a day. To be healthy with exercise
you can walk a dog,jog,play a sport,carry wates
and so on.you need exercise to be healthy as well.
The body is big.your brain way’s 1.3 kg’s.Your heart
beeps every second.You have 206 bones. There is two
sides of your brain one side is you imagination and the
other side is for English,Maths and so on.
