may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of
God and become mature attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

    Education for Ministry (EFM) - small groups around the Diocese engaging in
     theological reflection and education

    Christian Formation Commission- develops programs of education for all ages


    Southern Ohio Lay Leadership Initiative (SOLLI)- a two-year training program
     to strengthen leadership of persons in parishes, the diocese, and in their
    School for Diaconal Ministry- a three-year program which meets monthly for
     ten weekends each year

Licensing of Ministries

    Preaching- a three year program which meets monthly to prepare people for

    Worship Leader- a workshop training people to prepare and lead major
     services in a congregation in the absence of a priest, to held two or three times
     a year around the diocese

    Eucharistic minister and Visitor- trained and supervise locally

    Social Justice and Public Policy Network

    Ecumenical and Interfaith Commission
