Primary Accountabilities:
    •   Act as a champion for PSG digital strategy transforming PSG from only physical network to both physical and
        digital network.
    •   Ensure there is an on-going pipeline of new solutions which will help TCP and PSG expand their revenue
    •   Develop solutions covering all aspects of DM, 1-2-1 (mobile, web, TXT) communications.
    •   Develop and implement an Admail product strategy to ensure better, faster, smarter, easier and profitable value
        propositions are offered in the market place.
    •   Provide the understanding and recommendations of how direct mail and transpromotional mail can influence
        the consumer and provide value to businesses
    •   Develop business cases to ensure the viability of 1-2-1 communications solutions and Admail business
    •   Establish relevant partnerships with technology providers to minimise the development cost of the proposed
    •   Ensure close working relationship with Datamail Group to leverage their capabilities in terms of new solutions

            o the creation of a compelling vision for the future.

Relationship Management
             Strong partnerships with digital, mobile and other media platforms to pilot new concepts cost effectively.
             Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers and industry
             Strong peer relationship across the PSG

Team Contribution
             Build and maintain relationships with your team and actively look at ways to support team objectives
              and targets.
             Actively contribute and support TCP’s team objectives
Strategy Development

               Develop and maintain new strategy for TCP and PSG
               Ensure strategy is aligned to broader PSG objectives
               Write white papers to promote TCP’s vision of significant DM and 121 player.

Specialist Experience Required:
               Expert technical knowledge covering all aspects of DM, 1-2-1 (mobile, web, TXT) communications
               Strong project management skills to deliver new solutions on time, in budget and to customer
               Strong industry relationships within NZ and preferably Australia understanding the mobile, on line and
                physical mail industries
               In depth knowledge and preferably actual experience of premium customer communication
               Detailed understanding of consumer behaviour in regard to current communication usage with research
               Ability to think outside the box and participate in an innovative environment.
               5 year experience in products and solutions development
               Degree in commerce and technology is preferred
